Description:

This project involved the construction of a new four story, 84,000 square foot elementary /middle school for the City of Baltimore.

The new school was constructed within 15 feet of the existing school, which remained in operation throughout the construction period. In addition, the school is located in a congested city neighborhood and was completed without interruption to the existing school or local residents.

The school includes typical classrooms, science and foreign language labs, a complete commercial kitchen and gymnasium. Once the new school was occupied by students, the existing buildings were demolished and a playground added.
