Description:

These Lord and Taylor Department Stores are approximately 110,000 square foot structures which connect to the existing malls. These fast-track projects, which were built simultaneously, included a masonry and granite/marble facade, as well as elaborate interior packages with marble flooring and intricate millwork and casework.

The mall developers, the store owners, the architects, and the general contractor interacted on a daily basis in order to complete the projects on time and within budget. Roy Kirby & Sons, Inc. was required to be continually involved with document review to discover potential conflicts and present immediate solutions.
