Description:
This 600 car parking facility was constructed at the Pennsylvania
Railroad Station in downtown Baltimore.
The structure consists of cast-in-place concrete.
The west façade of the structure is veneered with large architectural
precast concrete panels which can be seen when traveling on Interstate
83 (Jones Falls Expressway). The project also includes renovation
work to provide a top level pedestrian and car drop off plaza.
The work, including utility relocations, was performed
adjacent to a fully functioning commuter train station without any
interruptions to the daily operations of the facility.
