Description:

Roy Kirby & Sons, Inc. constructed a new nine-level parking structure accommodating 633 cars. This 274,500 square foot structure includes 70,000 square feet of retail space and a 500 square foot pedestrian bridge connecting with the adjacent hotel.

The exterior facade is clad with brick veneer on levels one through five and a combination of E.I.F.S. and textured paint on levels six through nine.

Interior features include two electric traction elevators and thee stair towers. The elevator lobbies on levels one through five are finished with painted drywall walls, acoustic ceilings and granite floors and base.
