Description:

This 500 space parking garage was constructed in downtown Baltimore, adjacent to City Hall. The structure consists of cast-in-place; post tensioned concrete slabs and beams. The exterior is veneered with architectural precast panels in sizes up to 6 feet wide by 20 feet high.

The project includes two glass enclosed traction elevators, stair towers, and precast concrete and brick pavers. The first level of the garage includes parking control equipment and space for future tenant improvements.

This project was performed under a very aggressive schedule and was delivered to the owner for occupancy in an 8 month period, 3 months before original schedule.
