Description:

This 800 car parking facility adjoins the Baltimore Arena. The structure is poured in place concrete with a brick veneer exterior. Large brick arches at the lower level define retail shops. The structure also includes traction elevators and stairs enclosed with brick, aluminum and glass towers.
