Description:
This 5,000 seat grandstand was constructed at Homewood Field
on the campus of Johns Hopkins University. The structure consists
of 10 cast-in-place concrete risers which are spanned by pre-cast
concrete treads and risers to form the seating area.
The front facade of the stands are faced with a combination
of brick veneer and architectural pre-cast panels. The lower level
of the structure includes support facilities such as restrooms,
offices, ticket booths and a concession stand.
