Roy
Kirby, Jr. began his career with the firm in 1965, working
as a summer laborer. He became a Carpenter in 1969.
After serving as an officer in the U.S. Army "Green
Berets," he graduated from the Maryland Institute
College of Art in 1973 with a degree in Architecture.
He continued his career with the firm, holding positions
of increasing responsibility. In 1996, he became President
and Owner.

Ron
has worked with Roy Kirby & Sons since 1983, bringing
with him years of practical experience in commercial,
institutional and residential construction. He rose
through the ranks as a Laborer, Carpenter, Superintendent,
Project Manager and now holds the position of Vice President.

Johan
joined the firm in 2006 as CFO, from Mercantile Bank
where he was Vice President, Eastern Shore Division.
He currently oversees financial matters for Baltimore
and the Eastern Shore, as well as future construction
and design/develoment projects.

Finley, Controller |

Linda
began her tenure with the firm in 2000 as Accounts Receivable
Manager. In 2004, she was promoted to the firm's Controller
and oversees day to day operations for all accounting
responsibilities.

| Sean
Amberman, Chief Estimator |

|
Sean
began his career in the construction industry in 1989.
He joined Roy Kirby & Sons in 1994 as Lead Carpenter
and was soon promoted to Assistant Superintendent. During
this time, he was also enrolled in the Construction
Management program at Catonsville Community College.
In 1998, he was promoted to Assistant Estimator/Project
Manager. In 2006 he was promoted to Chief Estimator.

Mike's
career with the firm began in 1985 as an Apprentice
Carpenter. After completing his apprenticeship in 1988,
he became a Journeyman Carpenter of Local 101 and worked
as both a Carpenter and Carpenter Foreman. He was promoted
to the position of Project Manager in 2000.

Amberman, Project Manager |

Bill
has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the
construction industry. He started as a Carpenter for
Local 101 in 1962. He later joined Cummins Hart Construction
Corporation and served as Vice President of the firm
from 1986 to 1992. He joined Roy Kirby & Sons in 2000
and currently serves as Senior Project Manager, handling
many of the firm's diverse projects.

Marlowe, Project Manager |

Al
joined Roy Kirby & Sons in 2005, having more than 25
years of commercial construction management experience.
Starting his career as a Laborer, he progressed through
the positions of Superintendent and then into Project
Management. An experienced professional, Al stays abreast
of changing technology, utilizing the latest computer
and communication tools to manage multiple large-scale
projects efficiently.

Schaefer, LEED® Accredited Professional

Jay
joined Roy Kirby & Sons in May, 2007 as a Superintendent.
In September of 2007, he moved to Project Manager for
USGBC LEED projects and became certified as LEED AP
in December, 2007. He has been named to serve on the
Board of Directors for USGBC, Maryland Chapter for 2009.
