Our firm was begun in 1949 when Roy Kirby, Sr. and Frank McGuire formed Kirby & McGuire, Inc. They operated as a commercial, industrial and institutional contractor until 1965. In 1965, Roy Kirby, Sr. formed Roy Kirby & Sons, Inc., a new, independent company that included his two sons. In 1996, ownership of the company was transferred to Roy Kirby, Jr.

Mr. Kirby, Sr. passed away in 1997, but his legacy continues today.
